Your Design Centre Experience

During this first appointment, your dedicated Design Consultant will expertly guide you through all the essential standard selections required for your new home. You’ll also have the exciting opportunity to explore a wide array of available upgrade options to personalize your space. Together, you’ll delve into the possibilities for everything that happens before your drywall is installed. This includes crucial decisions regarding your electrical layout (network outlet placements, adding pot lights), plumbing (adding a basement bathroom, kitchen & bathroom fixture upgrades), potential custom kitchen layout modifications, reviewing any custom appliance specification, various basement development options, and other key structural related choices. This appointment is your chance to create a comprehensive wish list of the upgrades that captures your vision. Once your appointment concludes, your Design Consultant will meticulously compile a personalized quote, including any custom pricing required for your unique selections. You will also finalize your home’s exterior colour package at this stage, if applicable to your build.

Once your Design Consultant has prepared a comprehensive summary of your upgrade wish list, including any custom pricing obtained, they will send you all the information via email. This allows you to review everything in the comfort of your own home.
Now is your chance to lock in those options. A few days after you have received your quote, you will meet again for your Design Finalization Appointment (virtually). Your Design Consultant will walk through each item on your wish list, ensuring clarity and answering any further questions. You’ll then confirm your final upgrade selections. To move forward with these personalized touches, a 25% deposit on the chosen upgrades will be required to finalize your design.

This exciting appointment is dedicated to bringing your personal style to life through the selection of all the interior colours and finishes for your new home. Get ready to define the aesthetic of your new home from your kitchen cabinets – to the warmth of your hardwood floors, and every detail in between, you’ll explore the wide range of options that our Claridge Design Centre has to offer.
Your Design Consultant will expertly guide you through the available selections, offering insights and support to help you make confident decisions. Pricing for any upgraded finishes will be provided during your appointment. This allows you to see the costs associated with your choices as you finalize them.
For any specialized or unique upgrades you select, custom pricing may be required. Your Design Consultant will handle this by submitting the necessary requests at the end of your appointment and will then begin preparing your complete final price summary.
Once your appointment has concluded, your Design Consultant will prepare a summary of your standard and upgrade selections, obtain any custom pricing (if applicable) and send the comprehensive summary to you via email to review.

Prior to your Colours Finalization Appointment, your Design Consultant will provide you with your complete updated quote, incorporating all custom pricing (if applicable).
During your final hour at the Design Centre, you’ll have the opportunity to see your selected finishes once again, allowing for a final review and any necessary adjustments. Your Design Consultant will be on hand to assist with any last-minute questions. At the conclusion of this appointment, a 25% deposit on your confirmed upgrade selections will finalize this stage, allowing us to move forward with bringing your personalized design to reality.
