Your conditional period starts. New home purchases are conditional for 7 days for Financial review and 5 days for Solicitor’s review.

New Construction has not started and you have the opportunity to make structural design changes as well as choose all of your finishes and colours in 3 appointments.
Spec Construction has started and therefore structural and design changes are not permitted. You will have 1 appointment with your Designer to select your cosmetic finishes and colours.
Inventory All colours and finishes have been selected by Claridge’s Interior Designers and no design appointments are necessary.
Finalize your selections and complete your Design Centre process. A deposit is required on your upgrades.
View MoreAs your new home is being built, you will have an opportunity to meet with a member of the Construction Team for a guided tour of your home. This is completed prior to the installation of drywall, to familiarize yourself with any changes that you may have made to the roughed in framing, plumbing and electrical.
After moving in, register with Tarion’s Homeowner Portal, MyHome.
